Join us for a soothing sound journey to support your softness and wellbeing. Niema will lead a brief guided meditation, then we will melt into the music of drum, harp, and crystal singing bowls.
Restorative and delicious, this practice is for anyone who would like a space to receive and rest.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring support items to lie down comfortably and be cozy - mats, blankets, bolsters, eye coverings. We have a limited number of yoga mats and blankets, if needed. Mask wearing will be encouraged to protect our community.
PRICING
Limited to 12 participants. Pricing will be sliding scale between $20-40, and collected at the time of the event.
