COVID protocols.

 

Health is our top priority, please read and participate in the protocols we have in place to ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff, and providers. If you have any questions or concerns, please give give us a call, we will be happy to talk through it with you.

If you are not feeling well or think that you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please let us know when you are canceling your appointment and you will not be charged a late cancelation fee. 


SCREENING CRITERIA

12hrs before your appointment you will receive a digital screening tool to ensure you are safely entering the clinic.

In the last 72 hours have you been symptom free of the following symptoms: 

  • Temperature of 100.4 F or greater, Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Persistent pain or pressure in your chest

  • Flu-like symptoms

Have you traveled out of the country in the last two weeks? (if yes, please bring a negative COVID test)

Have you had contact with a person that tested positive for COVID-19? (if yes, please bring a negative COVID test taken at least 4 days after your exposure)

BARRIERS OF PROTECTION

  • Everyone entering the clinic must be wearing a mask that covers their mouth and nose. Check out this handy guide

  • Staff and providers will be wearing KN95 or N95 masks

  • Your preferred method of payment can  be saved in the system for contactless payment

  • Tap payments with your card and sanitized stylus for use during payments

  • Acrylic barrier at the front desk

  • 6 ft physical distance is encouraged while in the waiting room

FILTER SYSTEMS

We have filters in every room of the clinic that filter the air every 15 minutes.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS

  • Each clinical space and therapeutic tools are thoroughly cleaned between each patient

  • Filters are running at full capacity in every room of the clinic

  • Restrooms, common areas and door handles are regularly disinfected

  • Shared fitness equipment is disinfected after every use

  • Hand sanitizing between each patient

  • Clean pens and hand sanitizer are readily available at the front desk
